BOOKING
The booking site is the only way to book.
Appointments can only be booked at least 48 Hours before desired shoot date and time.
Weddings Appointment fees must be paid in full 2 weeks before the wedding at least.
Event Appointment fees must be booked in full whether full time is going to be used or not.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure and book your appointment date and time.
Payment of the deposit is required at the time of booking and the full total must be paid by the day before the desired shoot date and time at the latest.
Full Totals that are not paid by the day before an appointment will not be honored and the appointment will be cancelled.
Collaborations/Creative Endeavors booked with no monetary gain give Kenny all rights to the photos taken and can be used however/whenever he see’s fit.
Payment of the deposit acts as an agreement to all of the the policies.
PAYMENTS
The booking site is the only way to pay and book appointments.
Sessions are to be paid in full by the day prior to the appointment at the latest or it will be cancelled.
Additional charges can be paid via Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, and/or Cash App if needed after initial booking
If in the case that a location must be paid for to use, the fee will be added to the total of the appointment.
No cash payments will be accepted
RESCHEDULING
Clients must initiate contact in order to reschedule.
Rescheduling is free as long as it’s 2 days before the preferred date and time.
Rescheduling the day before results in a $25 fee.
Rescheduling the day of results in a $50 fee.
A consecutive reschedule for the same shoot will be a $35 fee each time.
A third reschedule for the same shoot will result in the shoot being cancelled with no refund. If the client wants to schedule a shoot, they must pay for an entirely new appointment.
If the client must reschedule the appointment due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to illness or emergency, then they’re allowed a free reschedule for whatever time(s) that are available on the booking site depending on the timing or situation. Contact must be made in order for this to apply. If no contact is made from the time of booking to the day of the shoot, the photographer has the option to ban the client from ever booking again.
Kenny reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of reschedules. If Kenny has to reschedule the appointment due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to illness or emergency, then he shall give the client the option to choose a 15% off discount for the client’s next appointment, a 50% refund, and/or a free reschedule, but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This shall also apply in the event that equipment/materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of Kenny. In the event Kenny fails for any other reason, he shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.
LATENESS
Clients must initiate contact if they’ll be late to the appointment, so a no-call, no-show will not assumed.
An additional $20 late fee will be added on all appointments where the client is 15 or more minutes late.
Once the lateness is 30 minutes with no contact, the shoot is officially cancelled with no refund.
Sessions will not be extended at all to accommodate client lateness.
If the client cannot arrive on time to the appointment due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to illness or emergency, but still want to arrive to the appointment, then they’ll receive an extended shoot time, and/or allowed a free reschedule for whatever time(s) that are available on the booking site depending on the timing or situation. Contact must be made in order for this to apply. If no contact is made at all the day of the appointment, Kenny has the option to ban the client from booking again.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
If the client is unable to make the appointment, all 50% non-refundable deposits paid at the time of booking will act as a cancellation fee.
Two Days of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future session or a half refund (only if full price has been paid).
If notified the day before the session, the half deposit rule is cleared and a 25% refund is possible (only if full price has been paid) or the client can reschedule for free on a date and time that fits Kenny’s schedule within 3 months.
If notified the day of the session, the half deposit rule is cleared, there will be no refund at all, but the client can reschedule on a date and time that fits Kenny’s schedule within 3 months plus a $50 fee.
If the client cancels the shoot due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to illness or emergency, but still want to do the appoinment, then they’ll receive a full refund or a free reschedule for whatever time(s) Kenny has available on the booking site. Contact must be made in order for this to apply. If no contact is made by the date of the shoot, Kenny has the option to ban the client from ever booking again.
